“Brilliant service. Made a recent claim on the warranty that I had on one of the filtering machine bought a few years back and the customer service reaction was prompt, efficient and smooth. I’ve received the part by mail in 2 days from the moment the claim was acknowledged and my filtering machine is back to normal. Can’t fault neither the services or the products. Highly recommended”

“There was an elastic band around the tube which I left as it was too tricky to remove, so I assumed it was meant to be left on. A short diagram enclosed in the delivery of the of the instal would be do . Specific to the UV . The online one makes it a bit complicated due to all the variables”

“It`s worth the cost to have pure water, bottled water leaches the plactic into the water ,especially if the bottle is in the sun, tap water I don`t trust to be free from contaminants.”
