“We wanted to reduce plastic and to filter chlorine and oestrogen. We purchased the Osmio Zero Reverse Osmosis System. It is small; important as we have a tiny kitchen. The Osmio looks good and is so easy to use. The water tastes much better than tap water. Family members will be purchasing the machine in the near future.”

“A excellent water filter supported by excellent customer service. After several years of constant use my water filter developed a problem with the heating element. My emails to Osmio were answered very quickly and on the same day. I was sent detailed instructions on how to reset the water filter which worked ok for a few days before the problem returned. I was a little concerned about being without the water filter whilst it was sent back for repair , so I filled 25 bottles with filtered water because our local tap water has so much chlorine in it that it smells like a swimming pool. I sent the filter back to Osmio on a Monday afternoon and received it back and repaired by midday on the Friday of the same week. I still had 10 bottles of water left :-) which can now be used for cooking. I have worked in the support industry for most of my life as a service engineer so I know all about good service. Osmio get full marks and ticks in all the boxes from me. Many thanks Osmio....”

“PRO-ll-A Whole House Water Filter System Purchased this product recently and fitted it myself. We’ve been using it for about two weeks and the water tastes excellent. Whilst fitting the filter heads together, I managed to cross thread the plastic male nipple that was supplied with the product, this caused a minor leak so I went and bought a brass one, which I’ll need to swap over soon. Otherwise it’s 5 stars!!”
