“I'm really happy with using Osmio duo, but I have a few notes. 1. The fact you have to "babysit" the charging process in order not to overcharge the battery. It would be great if it was at least making some sound when it's fully charged. 2. There is also a bit of inconvenience with keeping the plates always humid in order not to contaminate the water. This could be dangerous as you have no option to check if they have been overdry and actually working correctly or not. I also haven't receive the answer after how much time without the water the plates get dry and damage the process.”

“Very quick service, unit was well packaged and came with thread tape and a cutter to make the job easier. Only criticism is that there was not quick guide to aid installation. Made things take a bit longer than it could have done. I did have internet connection on this occasion but I fit treatment in the remotest parts of the country. Very happy otherwise.”

“To soon to comment on benefits of hydrogenation process. Build quality is of a excellent level. Very handy to travel with you. Gave this 4 stars as would be great with a car charger to make it truly portable, otherwise a 5 star product.”

“Couldn’t order by phone & took a fair while to order through website as kept crashing. Took many many hours (seriously!!) of ‘flushing ‘ after fitted to get rid of metallic taste- water just running away to drain.... Not impressed, when so many folk in the world struggle to have water...”

“The delivery was quick and the filters were easy enough to install with help of a family member. I have taken the used filters to the waste disposal site a few miles away so it is a little unenvironmentally friendly in term of transportation needed. They are bulky and oe reason I change from the Britvic filter was because of the dislike of monthly disposal of the filter - these are mutiple filters and larger and though they may only need chaging every 6 months its still a lot of waste to be managed. I would like to know more about this aspect.”

“Good quality system which is doing a great job in our hard water area. I did receive an email after 3 months advising me to replace one of the cartridges, although the label clearly says it lasts for 6 months so that was a bit misleading. Otherwise very pleased.”

“The water filter system appears to work we’ll but after 3 months I am now experiencing small problems such as hot water starting to flow when set to cold and vise versa. They have been intermittent so difficult to yet identify where the problem is.”

“Was told of alternative filter as the old make was no longer stocked because of manufacturing faults. So far replacement is ok but early days. Service from Osmio seems good with a reminder to renew filter after so many years.”

“I brought the tap but didn’t realise i needed to get a filter system too. My fitter struggled to fit the system on but you were ok to talk to him over the phone.”
