“Called to place an order and although orders cannot be placed over the phone. The lady was very helpful and sent the correct link via email. Order was easy and delivery quick”

“I've always respected Osmio which delivers promptly and deals courteously with customers. 4 stars because I found ordering in the web site confusing and got the wrong product. (I think the web site was unclear but it could have been me...). The problem was rectified promptly and courteously as ever.”

“A good service overall, but preferred the previous system of being able to order by phone. The issue is knowing what product is needed and where to find it in the large variety on offer. Also the advice on new and alternative products was useful. In my view Osmio are missing an opportunity to sell products.”

“My husband LOVES this! He is a super fan of this machine & is in heaven now we have it. He did a lot of research & is really happy with the looks, taste & health benefits of having it. It was so easy to set up, looks fine on our work surface & is dispensing lovely water. I also like it - I enjoy having hot water for my morning coffee without waiting for the kettle to boil, but I still use the kettle on occasions. I also find the 25C water just a tad too luke warm, so keep a jug of water in the fridge for proper chilled drinking.”

“Happy with the Zero RO machine and hydrogen water bottle. Packaging not excessive which is good. Stickers on the machine leave mark which is slight inconvenience. Would order from Osmio again.”

“The water is clean and tastes great, I communicated with Osmio customer services via whatsapp and they were very helpful.. The only downside was that delivery was delayed by a day which as a result I had to change delivery destination as I was unable to take more time from work.”

“I'm really happy with using Osmio duo, but I have a few notes. 1. The fact you have to "babysit" the charging process in order not to overcharge the battery. It would be great if it was at least making some sound when it's fully charged. 2. There is also a bit of inconvenience with keeping the plates always humid in order not to contaminate the water. This could be dangerous as you have no option to check if they have been overdry and actually working correctly or not. I also haven't receive the answer after how much time without the water the plates get dry and damage the process.”
