“After broking my second bottle in just 5 months, it is becoming apparent that the gravity center of the device in one hand, and the quality of the glass on the other are feeble. A device with a larger diameter, and shorter in height will be a better option, and a better glass quality. All in all I like it and it works fine. I am pleased with it except for these features that are making the devce more expensive. Pedro Rocha”

“Bought this to feed my espresso machine and it works well for that. The boiling water dispenser is less satisfactory - it takes a few seconds for the water to heat up so that needs to be collected but don't press stop or it reverts back to ambient. Overall, very satisfied for my use”

“You include two 15mm-3/4 BSP push fit connectors and then expect the purchaser to supply PTFE tape to seal, why not include two 3/4 dia. seals. The additional cost would be too small to mention.”

“I’ve only had it a short time, but I have already a clear out of my sinuses once and I feel my mood has lifted. My whole body feels less lethargic. I’m looking forward to more increased energy. Also I am sleeping better, and my blood pressure is slowly coming down without drugs. I could well give a rating of excellent when I have tested it in the long term.”

“Great product and now have it every day. Bought Osmio zero reverse system and also the Osmio Duo Hydrogen Water Bottle as I was poorly. My breathing problems have improved and oxygen levels have gone up. Thanks :)”

“Osmio Swan 304 SS single tap arrived promptly. The 1/4inch push-fit connector screwed to the tap was cross-threaded, probably due to the somewhat flimsy packaging ( it had been squashed in transit). However, the screw thread on the connector was undamaged and did not leak on fitting. It would have been better if it had been individually packaged in the box or a stronger box used. Am very pleased with its functioning and despite the problem, would buy from Osmio again.”

“Delivery was excellent. The only reason I have given Good and not Excellent is that the cold water fitting was too large for our system and I had to purchase a T fitting and reducers. As it was only fitted a few days ago I am unable to rate the performance relating to water filtered, I will do this later when the system has been running for a while.”
