“I bought a water softener and also a whole house filter system from Osmio. It took me a long time to decide which products to go for. Osmio were very supportive and helpful in answering my many questions. Their sole concern was to help me make an informed decision, and at no time did I feel under the slightest pressure to buy. In the event, I opted for the Acqua Brevetti BravaDos 1″ Liquid Water Softener and the Osmio PRO-III-XL Ultimate Whole House Water Filter System. The results from both are excellent. I truly feel that Osmio is amongst the most ethical companies I’ve ever dealt with. They also seem to be at the forefront of technological developments in their field.”

Hi Paul, when your purchased your Ecomix at the time it was possible now directly through the website, but now we changed so people can only order it by contacting us first because you have to use a 20 micron pleated pre-filter in order to prevent valve issues, constant drain backwashing problem you had. Please get in touch and let me know if you have any issues currently with the iron and manganese or the system and if I can help resolve it now?

“When I was selecting a water filtration and environmentally friendly water softener system for our home, I found their website very useful in helping me select the systems that best suited our needs. Both systems and the 3 way stainless steel tap are installed and working well. On the one occasion when I needed technical help, good support by phone was provided. All in all well done Osmio. Matt”

“After a fault developed with my original filter, Osmio technical support was excellent in suggesting a replacement fully capable of meeting our requirements. “I love my new water filtration system. So handy, with 4 different temperatures of water to choose from. Much handier than my old plumber in, under the sink system. I can take this one anywhere and the water is always fresh, as it does not use a storage tank. I would highly recommend this system to anyone looking for pure, clean, tasty water.”
