“The tap looks brilliant. Will be fixed next week. There is a thin slit in the polystyrene packaging which looks as though it should hold an item. I’ve looked through the exploded diagrams and instructions and can’t find anything missing. Strange!!”

“Osmio offers good range of solutions for water purification/treatment, including those that use salts, which is good if one does not want to have more Na+ (sodium ions) in the water. Osmio staff is supportive re: how/what to buy best for your needs. Also Osmio have consumables for all their kits they sell, which is convenient. Osmio also send reminders when consumables are recommended to be changed, which is also convenient. That said, some consumables are overpriced relative to competition, in my view, so this does not feel good. Overall, good to have this company in the UK market, I would recommend them.”

“Fantastic service, my previous system had a fault. After reporting it to Osmio and speaking with one of their technicians, they arranged for a new one to be delivered which I received the next day. Thanks alot guys, im drinking clean quality water again :)”

“I really don't like the water filter, it's difficult to refill all the time, I wish that it could be plumbed in. I had to replace the filter within the first month as well and found this quite annoying and expensive. I don't think we will be using it for very long.”

“I like the product but unfortunately my replacement filter came without instructions to fit. As the original was fitted when kitchen was installed I had no original paperwork. After 3 attempts to change filter I eventually phoned for assistance and was told by tech that I needed to put silicone grease around the o ring. This was a nightmare to source locally. In short I think instructions should be provided and if you need something like silicone grease a small sachet of the grease should be provided so you can just take the filter out packet and replace without all the hasssel I went through”
