“Customer service would have got 5 stars but I am not happy with serviceability of the Italian made Azzura filter/hot cold sink tap which is quite expensive and as far as I can tell has a life of 5 years before anything that moves needs replacing. I think the manufacturers should look how to make them more reliably.”

“Osmiot supplied me with me with a breathing machine producing hydroxy gas. I also received a hydrogen bottle and sanitizer. All of these were of the best quality. I had no issues putting the items together although an explanation booklet would have useful. In the end I e-mailed the company and had a response in my in box a short time later.so their after sales service was excellent.”

“We love the water that comes out of our tap via these filters. We also now understand that you can replace some parts after between 3-6 months - whereas we struggled with ever decreasing flow trying to make the whole lot last for 12 months! This time we have purchased 2 of each to get it right. :).”

“Have used these before, this is the first time I bought it direct & found the service very good and it was cheaper than previous purchases. Recommended, takes minutes to refit. In our area of Nottinghamshire I don't think they go the full year.”

“I was looking for a water system to go under the sink , a friend at work recommended the cosmic zero. It looked a great piece of kit and customer service were very helpful and gave both myself and my freind replacement filters which was a lovely gesture. Arrived prompt with said gifts and was easy to set up. Obvious big difference in the taste of the water and the hot water settings are fantastic. On the down side for the cost I was a little disappointed in the overall quality of the machine casing and the drip tray is cheap and moves away from the connection point too easily. This maybe a little picky from myself and overall I am very happy with my purchase and I dare say the manufacturer would say the cost went in to the overall working of the machine. I would still definitely recommend to friend's and family.”
