“Excellent - delivery and order processing Poor - not providing a recycling solution for the used filters. This is unacceptable for a 21st century firm selling plastic based filters. A company that wants to be around for the next 50 years should think about the whole lifecycle of the product including the end stage of its life. I am extremely disappointed that I had to throw away 6 large plastic containers to general waste. There is no section about the recycling on your website. On the FAQ section your representative recommended to cut the filter myself and dispose the container separately to local plastic recycling. I am sorry but it just does not work as to cut through these plastic containers one requires a chopsaw given the thickness of the plastic. Therefore average score is only 3 stars”

“Recently, my DS had a terrible rash on his neck, chest and back, we went to A&E and the GP told us that its an allergy reaction. She gave us cream to apply, but 2 days after applying cream the rash seems to be doubled, I thought that if might be the water so I went and look for something online that filter the water and come across Osmio. Ordered Osmio vitafresh shower head filter and the delivery was very quick. Gave my son a shower before bedtime using the shower head filter, the next day the redness on his neck seems to be lessened and on his back too, which i was really pleased. I keep using it and in just a matter of 3days all the rash has disappeared. We all use it in the house and honestly my hair has never been this silky!! My husband shaved sometimes when he shower and even him told me that it easily glides and feel smoother shaving using the vitafresh shower head. I like the product so much!! Will definitely recommend!!”

“Osmio are a brilliant company to deal with- their customer service is awesome. I was looking for some gravity water filters: they suggested the 'coldstream' brand which actually seem to outperform pretty much every other gravity filter. “Easy to install. Had to go to a plumbing store to buy 2, 15mm screw connectors instead of the supplied push fit, but this is readily available. Water tastes great, happy with the product so far.”
