“Had the Osmio Zero for a week now. Great taste and all of my family love the filtered water. We did not realise how nice the filtered water is compared to tap water. I have worked in the filtration industry for 8 years (Parker Domnick Hunter) and I’m impressed with the quality for a home work top system.”

“The product is ok but the dpd (delivery service) are not good. Late delivery. They deliver nxt day beacause they are lazy to deliver at 1600 - 1700 and instead the status of delivery we not home, but I home waiting for delivery”

“Water filter was recommended to me by a family member who is very happy with theirs and I can see why-the difference in the taste is amazing (my teenage daughter is now drinking just water rather than strong squash) Very good customer service too and time taken to answer my very many questions! “Excellent customer service and super fast delivery. Have had the Zero running for just over a week and thoroughly delighted with it. Stand alone unit, easy to refill and change filters when needed. No plumbing necessary just plug and play. I love it!”

“Found an exact replacement for a Blanco tap which was leaking. Able to buy just the tap rather than the tap and filter unit, so much cheaper. All arrived next day so very pleased.”

“Really happy with the prompt, courteous, accurate and efficient service from Osmio. I have a old style reverse osmosis water filter, and it needed all 5 filters changing ..not straight forward . My on line chat with the helpful Osmio operative sorted out all the issues, and hopefully will be easier next time. Parcel arrived the next day, and with all the correct filters.All up and running now . Very pleased . Excellent service, and would definitely recommend. Most professional.”

“Osmio Swan 304 SS single tap arrived promptly. The 1/4inch push-fit connector screwed to the tap was cross-threaded, probably due to the somewhat flimsy packaging ( it had been squashed in transit). However, the screw thread on the connector was undamaged and did not leak on fitting. It would have been better if it had been individually packaged in the box or a stronger box used. Am very pleased with its functioning and despite the problem, would buy from Osmio again.”

“I received clear advice on the difference between the two products I was considering. Very quick delivery. Installation and set up took just under 2.5 hours which as what we anticipated. I chose this RO system on the basis that it has a post filter which I understand is meant to add back calcium and magnesium (and possibly other trace elements and/or electrolytes including potassium?) but cannot obtain clear information from OsmioWater on exactly which elements and in what approximate quantities (even given temperature variations) that they may be added back to the filtered water. I also have not been able to find any information that shows that a silver impregnated activated carbon post filter would actually add anything back to the water after the previous filters. Given my concerns on this I may be disconnecting this RO filter system and looking at other options to ensure that essential elements can remain in my family’s drinking water.”

“Absolutely love this water filter, great tasting water, no more plastic bottles, instant tea for water, so no need for the kettle, easy to use and fill - what’s not to like!! Excellent customer service who will answer any questions with their online chat immediately.”
