“Very Dissappointed at the lack of support. I placed an order a month ago and still not recieved nearly all of the items. No response from Customer Service.”

“I can only give 4 stars as only had about a month. The bin took about a week to come and we were notified by dpd and the company the day it arrived. It was straightforward to erect but you will need two people for the final stage. We followed instructions and layered between green and dark materials i.e.grass cuttings, bark, veg peelings and wetted cardboard. It seems to work well so far and you can visibly see the height of the pile reducing within days a you can tell heat is generated. We do not expect compost material until August or liquid leachate for some weeks yet. I have been please with the ordering and delivery process and the performance of the bin and would recommend to others.”

“I had to buy a replacement rain water diverter as the one that came with a cheap alternative water butt would only work on a modern downpipe. As the house is a lot older the downpipes are a smaller diameter, but the OO one fitted perfectly without even having to cut out an alternativer size and it fitted snuggly over the remainder of the downpipe. I cannot tell if it works yet as it has not rained for a month, but I am looking forward to a downpour eventually.”

“I ordered the Toledo Chiminea a while ago but heard nothing from Original Organics after the initial invoice, rang today to get a delivery update and apparently the item isnt in stock even though the website still says they are, they issued a full refund but they shouldnt be taking peoples money if they dont have the item. Not impressed!”
