“Excellent worms lots of them, packaging badly damaged by courier Evri,”

Helpful Report

“I was worried after reading some of the reviews but my experience has been really good. I placed my order on 6/9, didnt hear anything from them (it did say it would take up to ten days delivery). Phoned them and they were really helpful and a few days later I had a call to say my order was being delivered and I was able to let them know where to leave it. I am very happy with my purchase. Left a 4 instead of a 5 just to lack of email communication but would definitely buy from them again .”

Helpful Report

“It will be 90 days before I see any compost , if I have followed the instructions properly. I was very surprised how quickly the Hot Composter was assembled and proved to be r than the demonstration video so 10/10 for ease of assembly. There is not a lot more I can say other then the design is sleek and attractive. The delivery from date of order was a matter of days. I guess the real proof of satisfaction will be in the composting. On the whole, I am very happy with my purchase.”

“The whole package arrived, just what I needed to start my vermicomposter. The worms were large and immediately active as soon as I dropped them in. Great product, great service.”

“Easy to order and prompt delivery”

Helpful Report

“Great service, prompt delivery of my worms that arrived in great condition. Recommended!”

Helpful Report

“Worthwhile composter for a small busy garden. Excellent delivery arrangements, too. Thanks.”

Helpful Report

“Ordered the only wormery tray shown to be "in stock" and I needed it urgently because I was also ordeirng live worms. They sent me live worms but not the wormery for them to live in. My order has been stuck on "processing" for many weeks and all attempts to contact them have been ignored. Im only leaving this review because they chose to ask me to leave a review instead of replying to my query.”

Helpful Report

“Arrived very quickly, well packaged. Instructions included. More solid than expected. Perfect for composting and a bonus to have the leach pipe included.”

Helpful Report

“Purchased a compost stirrer and it does a good job, at a reasonable price. Delivered fairly quickly.”

Helpful Report

“Had a slight issue with delivery, but sorted out quickly by customer services. Happy customer!”

Helpful Report

“Excellent service and products. I never heard of them before and was suspicious to order cooler bag for 8 £ , but bag is amazing quality and value.”

Helpful Report

“Very poor customer service by ill tempered woman, who really couldn’t be bothered with answering my questions. Her attitude has cost the company my trade.”

Helpful Report

“The bokashi bran was delivered within the delivery time expected and was well packed.”

Helpful Report

“Zero customer service communication.”

Helpful Report

“Hugely delayed delivery. No updates. Had to email myself to ask where my order was to just be told there was no stock and if I wanted that product I would have to wait. No apology.”

Helpful Report

“Had just tiger worms before from a different supplier and they were much better than these worms. All dead within 3 weeks even though I've run a wormery successfully before. Wouldn't recommend for worms but other products may be fine.”
