“We are astounded and delighted. We ordered 4 blinds of different sizes on Monday this week. Today, Wednesday they arrived. We received an email to confirm dispatch with a link to check progress. This link gave us a delivery slot of 2 hours and they arrived right on time. The product is excellent quality too. Can't improve on perfection. Thank you very much Order Blinds.”

“Having had samples from a number of companies for my new blinds, I chose the ones from this company - easily the best - lovely quality and reasonably priced. I was amazed at how quickly I received them - just a few days! Super service and when I had to ask for a replacement part (that was my own fault not theirs) it was dispatched without any fuss or extra charge. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.”

“Ordered replacement slats at 9pm on a Sunday night, they were hanging at my window on Wednesday afternoon. Really pleased with the service. They sent extra slats, weights & rope! I will definitely be using Order Blinds again.”

“I used Order Blinds in 2022 to obtain a very large motorised blind for our lounge picture window. This came quickly and was a breeze to install. Later, I linked it to "Alexa" and it now opens and closes with sunset/sunrise and on verbal command. Excellent. In 2023 I returned to Order Blinds for four sets of double roller blinds (sheer+blackout) for our bedrooms. Ordering samples was easy and delivery was quick allowing us to choose the colour scheme for each bedroom. Next, the measuring and ordering process was quite simple and clearly explained on the website. Once the products arrived, they were relatively quick to put up. We quickly noticed that one of the sheer blinds had a noticeable mark on it. Order Blinds customer support could not have been more helpful. First of all, I requested a method by which I could attempt to clean the mark off. They described a method and if that didn't work, they would order us a replacement. So after an unsuccessful attempt at cleaning, customer support ordered us a replacement blind as promised. No quibble, no drama. Excellent customer service when you need it most. Many thanks. We are well pleased with Order Blinds products throughout our home.”

“Really pleased with the blocout blinds ordered from here. They took a couple of weeks to be delivered but that is expected given they are made to measure. Easy to fit, great quality and it genuinely does make the room completely dark. I don't normally leave reviews but this is the first time in a while I have purchased something that does exactly what I wanted it to, and feels good value.”

“Delighted!! Really pleased I found this company, as they were the only one I could find who would make up roller blinds using my own fabric. (Which had been designed for us by a friend.) I'm delighted with the results - and thank my lucky stars I didn't try to make the blinds myself!! I sent them my fabric and opted for the white blackout lining, which has given a very luxury quality finish - a good choice & well worth a little extra. The ordering process was very clear, with the website guiding me through all the decisions to be made, & measurements to do, very clearly. Delighted that they do a nickel pull cord option rather than white plastic, adding to the luxury finish. I've recommended the company to friends, and would definitely use them again.”

“Ordering process was easy. Delivery was prompt. The blinds are excellent quality and fit perfectly. The only downside.. which is my fault entirely.. is that I thought they would be more transparent. I didnt read the description properly as thinking shear was more see through, in fact they are a fine opaque. As I said, my oversight, but cannot recommend the company and quality of the blinds enough.”

Sheer is a transparent fabric, however the amount you can see through the fabric can depend on the time of the day and year, and also the amount of sun that comes through the window. You will likely find that in the summer months the fabric is more transparent compared to the winter months.
