Ordering process was easy. Delivery was prompt. The blinds are excellent quality and fit perfectly. The only downside.. which is my fault entirely.. is that I thought they would be more transparent. I didnt read the description properly as thinking shear was more see through, in fact they are a fine opaque. As I said, my oversight, but cannot recommend the company and quality of the blinds enough.
