“Quick service, the blinds arrived exactly the size ordered (the instructions on the website are make it very easy to work out exactly what you need). They were easy to put up, they work very smoothly and look great. We couldn't be happier. Customer service is also brilliant. When my husband accidentally cut through one of the cords while he was opening one of the boxes, he phoned Order Blinds Online and a new cord was sent immediately - arriving the next day. We would recommend them to anyone.”

“Prices were a little bit cheaper than other online stores. However, they reduce their headrails by 0.7cm in each side which meant we had to make spacer blocks for the gap from scrap wood before screwing in the blinds. They claim the reduction is stated on website somewhere.”

“The web site was easy to use and explained how to measure and fit the blinds. The blinds arrived quickly and in perfect condition. My husband fitted them without any swearing so I assume they went up easily. They work well and look good. The only other thing to say is that they were reasonably priced. thanks”

“The ordering on line was easy.The delivery time was quite good.The fitting of the blind a bit fiddly but got there in the end.The disappointing thing about the blind is if your window is open and there is wind ( doesn't need to be a strong wind) the blind comes out of the side railings which is annoying.You have to take the screw out at the bottom of the side rails and put the blind back in again or you can't open it. We had vertical blinds before when it was windy the blinds rattled in the wind and disturbed your sleep hence the reason for buying these ones but we seemed to have got rid of one problem and gained another. Fantastic if you want to sleep in a room with your window closed.”
