“Fast and efficient service. Helpful staff. Excellent and prompt responses to queries. Technical help forthcoming. Unreserved offer to replace an item if a small problem was not resolved - this wasn't necessary. I'm very chary about shopping on-line, but this was an entirely enjoyable experience.”

“I was worried about ordering blinds on line initially as there are loads of negative comments and horror stories out there on the web. However I found the initial responses and sending of samples from orderblinds to be really fast and courteous. Also the selection is excellent. I ordered a small selection initially and was thoroughly impressed with delivery time and quality. Then i ordered more and am about to order even more. I am in Southern ireland and was worried about the transport and packaging, no need it was top class.”

“Ordered my blinds back in december 2015 still have not received them even though they have taken money from account. Cannot get them by phone have left numerous messages for them to call me. Have emailed them but no reply. I am now going to contact my bank to get money back!!”

“ordered 3 blinds which had a delay and then delivery went astray but all was sorted out quickly and efficiently and once arrived blinds fit perfectly and were very easy to put up. The black out blinds really are black out as was worried about this after ordering a light colour but they really are very good.”
