“Hi, I'm a ok DIY person - who can handle flat pack furniture but not much above that. I have tried blinds where you cut them and fit them yourself. It didn't go well. So this time round I measured and purchased online, price wise very happy, product was of very good quality (and great choice on their site). Very easy to put up. As long as you can handle wall plugs/drill you'll be fine. My particular order had trouble with getting the fabric, so there were some delays. Having said that the staff kept me in the loop at all times. When the product was due at my house, I got a text from the delivery company to let me know and the option to rearrange for a different day - which I thought was excellent. All in all, although there were delays I thought the product was great, the customer service excellent and the delivery company was also brilliant.”

“Fantastic product, very pleased with the look when fitted. Easy to fit but both my orders were delayed by weeks due to no stock of silver side rails. This issue needs to be resolved. Not what we expect of internet ordering.”

“After years of searching for a blind to fit a French roof window that is no longer manufactured, I came cross your website and I thought that I would have to buy a custom made blind made. I asked for a quote and I received a speedy reply advising that a Rooflite blind should fit and would therefore be cheaper. I therefore ordered the recommended blind. It was very easy to install and fits perfectly. I am really pleased with the result and would definitely buy from you again.”

“Orderblinds suggest "quality" products. The reality is they can't measure and can't stitch straight. We've tried so hard to resolve the issue with Orderblinds but customer service is useless. - I wouldn't go near these again. Stay clear.”

“I ordered by phone and found the staff very polite and helpful. The web site is easy to use and gives clear instruction on now to measure for the blind. The products are of good quality. The only dissapointment is that one of the narrow blinds winds slightly off centre and sometimes the blind catches on the winding mechanism. However, I am very pleased and would order again.”
