“Recived blinds late.although they did ring to let us know they would be late. Then I had to ring them as I was concerned when they still did not turn up. Now received them but not had time to put them up yet.”

“Service was good enough but product wasn’t great. Blinds don’t really glow in the dark at all as they suggest and they came with a slight hole in which let’s natural light through and wasn’t picked up until I’d installed the blinds which was annoying”

“The blind was lovely quality made. I ordered for my new bathroom, i ordered brackets for front face hanging, but they sent me recess brackets, they took a week to come and my bathroom fitter had to come back, so disappointed in the after-sales a bit. I would order from them again, because the blind was made very nice.”

“Late delivery, took 10+ days. on the 5th day they confirmed its going to be dispatched that day. on the 9th day they said they are having material shortages and somehow got it to me on the 10th day but it was poorly packaged and box was broken with blinds hanging out. would not use again, there are cheaper options available. premium price not a premium service”

“Fantastic experience ordering our new Venetian blinds. From helping me to order some perfect fit blinds along with matching window blind that couldn’t be ordered directly via the website, to delivery and the look of the blinds once they were up - we’re very happy with the whole service. We had a small problem where the wrong size brackets were sent out for our perfect fit blinds, but the problem was quickly resolved and the Order Blinds team immediately sent us replacement brackets. Very satisfied and I have already recommended them to a friend (can I have a discount on my next order if I convince my friend to make a purchase??!) Thanks to the order blinds team!”

“Ordering my perfect fit blinds was assisted by the helpful guidance on how to make the relevant measurements. The frames do fit ok with the window but I had a couple of niggles. The frames for the blinds had the machined slots for the clips in slightly different places (relative to the corners) to the instructions, but probably made the fit more secure once I figured it out. Also one machined slot was missing at the midpoint of a tall side-frame, but it seems to be secure enough anyway. Anyway, the result is a good looking set of blinds that do the job I expected them to, so I'm happy.”
