Hi Emma, The fitting instructions that came with your blind include advice on fine tuning your blind to stop at the exact positions you require, but we also have a handy video the explains how to do this. “excellent service really pleased with the quality of the blinds I ordered and help over the telephone to discuss the samples before ordering. The price was very good too when compared to others. We did have to pack out the fittings though as our window recess varied from top to bottom but this didn't affect how they work or looked and they stayed firm.”

“I bought two blinds from Order Blinds. The first went smoothly, but the second was for a window with a sloping top - it was a trapezium in shape, not a rectangle. There were several problems with that order, and we were sent the wrong length fabric strips a couple of times before I measured, calculated and said exactly what lengths I needed - then they arrived OK.”

“I would have rated Order Blinds as very good except for the fact that they use Yodel as their courier. On delivery day, Yodel updated their tracking data to show that I had refused the delivery although they had made no attempt to deliver the blinds. It took nearly 24 hours thereafter for Order Blinds to establish that the real reason was that Yodel had damaged the blinds in transit and recognised that they could not be delivered in that condition! Order Blinds then had to remake the blinds which resulted in a delay in their eventual delivery which I insisted was made by another courier. However, I was very pleased with the finished product and with the clear and straightforward fitting instructions.”
