I understood an advertisement for a particular blind, advertised as spring-loaded, to mean that it was self supporting without the need for screws and brackets. This was unfortunately not the case and when the blind arrived, as I found it needed brackets to be screwed to the wall, for the blind to fix to. This company was unwilling to take the blind back or refund me and for this reason, I am unfortunately unable to recommend them. I would suggest that future would-be customers, find an alternative company to purchase their blind from. These days, a company without exceptional customer service, must expect poor feedback and really must do better if they wish their business to grow or even survive. A great shame. Thank you.
