“I have been impressed with Only Oak Furniture from the start of my order. They couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful and the phone has always been answered quickly, unlike lots of other companies I have dealt with. When my chairs were going to be delayed (because of Covid) they didn’t hesitate to offer me a refund for the chairs and the table, I declined then but at the last minute I asked if I could and within an hour a full refund for the chairs was made. I would certainly buy from them again and would highly recommend them.”

“Really pleased with my dining table and chairs. It took a while to arrive but communication was clear and the price was the best I could find for this type of table in particular. Delivery was excellent, the guys were very professional. Excellently packaged to protect the item. Highly recommend.”

“Purchased a table and chairs garden set. Very pleased with the purchase. I was also impressed with the online help prior to my purchase and also with the prompt reply I received to an email I sent after making my order. I would have given the full five stars if there had been better communication regarding the delivery but this was not necessarily down to Only Oak Furniture.”

“We recently ordered a large coffee table and a nest of matching tables. They were delivered fuss free and we assembled them easily. The quality of this furniture is outstanding beautifully made. We are so pleased with them that we have now ordered a TV console to match. We will not hesitate to use this company again for our furniture and to recommend to friends and family.”

“Unfortunately the ‘order complete ‘ page disappeared almost immediately from my computer which meant I had to contact the office to get details of delivery. Ordered on a Saturday, delivered Friday. Good service, thank you.”

“Faultless service and products! Quick, efficient ordering and delivery service (the partner haulier company and delivery experience has been particularly wonderful). “Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Purchased a grey 9 piece rattan cube furniture set after much deliberation. I was worried about the quality as the pricing does vary massively across websites. I have to say I’m delighted with this set and the quality is better than I anticipated. I would highly recommend this product and also only oak furniture.”
