“I was pleased with the quality of my hi-fi cabinet received without any scratches or damage. I had an issue with a faulty metal door handle, but Only Oak sent me a replacement without any fuss. I would buy again from Only Oak.”

“Seemed quite long awaiting the delivery slot as my item was already in stock but the item itself when delivered was spotless and exceeded my expectations. Very happy customer and pleased with my purchase.”

“Good value for money. Instructions needed to be clearer - we ended up with the middle support sections along the length of the bed pRtly upside down requiring us to undo quite bit. Maybe down and up arrows would be helpful.”

“Really pleased with the furniture purchased - industrial oak cocktail cabinet, coffee table and lamp tables. Very good quality for the price paid. I’ve deducted a star for the delivery service…. Arrived at 7.10am without any warning. Guy just shrugged his shoulders at me which was an irritating starting point. Next bit was I’d paid for the furniture to be assembled and had a dispute about this as he thought he was just dumping boxes in the room. He eventually agreed to do assemble but wasn’t clear that he should be doing this so you need to sort these arrangements out for future customers. In fairness to him it became clear that he’d set off on a significant journey to us and then had to return to base and then set off on another huge journey after that…. About 500 miles in a day so I can see why he wanted to be away quickly. Took the shine off our new delivery though.”

“Very nice set of drawers but the back panel looks a bit cheap. A coat of wood stain made it match the rest of the unit. Delivery was not good. We had no notice it was coming and if the driver had come an hour later we would not have been in as we were going away for the weekend. I see you charge for redelivery.”

“Looks very nice, we have not assembled it yet, waiting for old table to be collected first. Only criticism is all the washers, screws, etc were not in the supplied bag and we had to try and collect everything scattered around the box, some of the washers are missing. I’m guessing this table has been repackaged.”

“The furniture was delivered on time and well packaged. One item had a minor manufacturing fault. Customer services at Only Oak Furniture were great and resolved the issue immediately. Would not hesitate to recommend Only Oak Furniture.”

“Due to the remoteness and COVID, I didn’t speak to the staff at OOF face to face but they were very helpful on the phone and gave accurate information. I cannot fault their service at all. However, the hi-fi cabinet itself did arrive with a couple of issues. The ‘so called’ solid oak top had a strip of veneer raised very slightly higher than the others. I was able to push that back into place successfully but the fact is that it wasn’t solid oak as described. The glass front door also has a very fine scratch on it. Both are niggles really and I wouldn’t send the item back because of them (especially as it took over 6 months to get it). I suppose the biggest problem with these cabinets is the designers have no practical idea of how to install a modern hifi into a small cabinet. In order to get my large amplifier in and be able to wire up 7.1 surround plus optical cables etc, I had to cut a large section of the back of the cabinet off. Not something you really want to be doing with a brand new item of furniture but necessary nevertheless.”

“Very pleased with sideboard the thing I wasn't that happy about was the delivery didn't realise until they had gone delivered it upside down weren't very helpful just dumped it and went considering I paid alot of money for it”
