The service from company was first class with no criticisms of any sort. The product itself however is good but not great. It arrived with a blemish in the middle of the unit which looks damage caused while in storage/transit. Its not quite big enough to send back or kick up a fuss about. The biggest disappointment was the actual build of the cabinet. No drawer runners, just boxes in holes which is quite shocking on modern oak furniture at this cost. These will need to be purchased and retrofitted. Also, the cabinet door gaps are completely uneven so a lot of adjustment is required to get them looking as they should. It’s still a stylish unit and overall we are happy but a little attention to detail would have made the difference.

Good quality nest of tables. Got it at a good price too. Delivery was a bit delayed because of hgv driver scarcity. Otherwise, I am happy and will like to purchase other items with them in the future

Good website but they are suffering from supply problems on some items (like the rest of the world). Ordered and paid for a patio dining set in January for an estimated delivery in May and it arrived in October. Not a problem for us but better communication over the delays and revised/missed delivery dates would have helped to make the wait easier. We have ordered previously from Only Oak and we will more than likely do so again.

Hi David, Garden Furniture has been a big challenge for us this year we wont hide from that fact! Information from suppliers has been at best sketchy, sometimes we even did not believe the information that was coming through. How do I pass information to customers I don't even accept? My resort was to remove the suppliers from the site. However, on the plus side we are delivering an average 83% of our orders on time. Unlike many other companies we have also left the reviews on for you to leave your feedback, I wont lie its hard to see where we are failing is normally out of our hands. As long as our customer service remains then I am happy. And for as long as I can as MD I will answer all reviews myself. I hope this is enough t convince you and others to order via our family firm again! Enjoy your garden furniture and thanks for staying with us through the journey!

Beautiful furniture but there was a chip at the of the glass top for the table and a couple of the rattan weave broken in the centre for the parasol.

Good solid oak furniture that whilst we had to wait at least 9 months to arrive, are as described in the advert.

The actual furniture is very good quality but there's a huge white sticker on the back of the product that is glued on and won't come off, very annoying...

Pleased with furniture looks good quality.Just one thing small black mark on one cousion cover which I couldn’t remove perhaps it can be replaced

The bed looks amazing. Service good, however I give 4 stars because there was no information about the delays before I placed my order. Other than that, sweet as a nut.

Delivery delayed by several months due to Covid/Brexit shipping issues from the EU. However I was made clearly aware of this right from placing my order, and even receive a couple of calls in the interim, confirming my delivery was still on track. Very happy with the product once it arrived, and pleased with the sensible prices.

Delivery 3 months ! It was delivered while I was on Holiday and left outside ! I had told them I was away and to give me a delivery date which they ignored ! The actual sideboard is very nice.

8 seater Garden set - delivered quickly & efficiently. Somewhat time consuming to assemble - but not particularly difficult. Appears fit for purpose.

Difficult one this! When my garden furniture arrived it was exactly as expected, good quality, as described and good value. The problem was it took over four months to arrive. I appreciate Covid, a blocked Suez Canal etc didn’t help, but the sales team would never, ever, give us a firm, or even estimated, time of delivery. If I’d had a reasonable explanation at any time I would have been happier, but just felt I was fobbed off for weeks on end. I had to chase the order all the time. Eventually a complaint to the owner, Mr Wardle, produced a result within the week.

I am pleased with my sideboard but think the only piece of oak in it, is the top, “ only oak furniture” ,? the rest is composite . I was away from home for ten days and only heard your message on my answer machine when I returned. I had not confirmed the delivery date and the delivery drivers were fortunate in that they spoke to a neighbour who was checking on my house, and they left it in the hall. I had paid an extra £20, I think , for it to be put in a downstairs room. However it does look very good where it is. Thank you.

Excellent quality furniture. Customer service very poor ordered in March delivered in June , 4 weeks advertised on site. No update provided for delay.

No problems with delivery. The guys called me early on Sat morning to let me know they would be there in next 30 mins. All delivered to my back garden without issues. Only problem was is that I had been informed that they would unpack the furniture to check inventory was as ordered and they did not. Thankfully all was ok but strikes me as problematic...why offer a service if you are not going to provide it? If there had been items missing I would have had no recourse.
