“Item arrived well packed and in good condtion. It looks great in our dining room. Only assembly required was slotting the brackets in to hold the shelves. Fittings included to anchor it to the wall, but this proved unnecessary in our case. Most packaging was recyclable, but need to try and remove the need for bits of polystyrene”

“Before ordering my bedside cabinet I enquired about the inside dimensions of the drawers. My order was based on the drawers being big enough. Imagine my horror when my things wouldn't fit. The information given was more than a centimetre out ìn all directions. All I got was a £20 discount. Being a trusting person I had destroyed the packaging.if the information given was correct there was no reason to keep it.”

“The piece of furniture when it arrived was very well packaged and undamaged and looks very nice in our hallway. Reason for only 3 stars was because the item upon ordering was described as in stock, but was then back ordered for quite some weeks, yet my I still had to pay up front.”

“As with anything you buy online you run the risk of the quality of the product, well I was not disappointed at all and needn't have worried, the hall seat I purchased is lovely! Really good quality, sturdy and just a lovely piece, fits perfectly. Courier was on time and I was well informed regards delivery - very happy and would definitely buy from them again.”

“From placing the order to the actual delivery the service was impeccable !! The delivery drivers very accommodating when my order wouldn’t fit through front door so had to take it around the back with major manoeuvring!! My display unit looks absolutely wonderful! The quality is phenomenal! Thank you”

“Very stylish desk with good quality materials and very well made. The only thing is the clearance underneath where your legs suppose to fit in... The total height from the floor to the bottom of the desk is 57 cm (22,5 inches). Now you need 20 cm gap underneath the desk for your legs to be comfortable and move in and out of the desk area. This means your office chair seat height from the floor should be 37 cm max. The ideal office chair height for my height (which is 177 cm) is 43-48 cm... So the desk is actually almost 10 cm higher - or where the middle draw is - the clearance should have been higher - ie the middle draw needed to be narrower? There is an obvious ergonomical mistake here?”

“First purchase from Only Oak, but I shall certainly be going back for more ! Kept informed throughout by both Only Oak and by their couriers. Dresser delivered on time and taken to the first floor for me. Well packed with attention to detail with corner and edge protectors as well as a cushioning all over wrap. Lovely piece of furniture, well made and good looking.”
