Ordered ceiling light and bulbs which were quickly shipped. Unfortunately the delivery company failed to deliver on pre-arranged day after taking a day off work. The items were then returned to online lighting by courier and after emails and online chats a refund never happened until approx 3 weeks later. Only refunded for 1 item and after contacting about receiving full refund i got no reply again........very poor service

I have been asked to write a review. Order300017656. I ordered a wall ight with plud and a bulb. I have received the plug and the bulb. Where is the light?

Both lights have arrived damaged and I am still awaiting a response as I have asked for replacement. I have an electrician booked for Monday and need them by then. Very poor service

Bedside lamp, waited over a month for delivery, when it did arrive, it was smashed in bits, not just damaged, but completely smashed and Online Lighting do not take phone calls. NOT VERY GOOD. I would shop else where, someone who have good customer service.

I have spend many days trying to contact with this horrible company. I made an order in start of June It got delivered on end of August. The item showed in picture completely different than was in picture I sent many mail to them all got ignored then I had to spend another £35.00 to buy the top part it’s horrible company never try to buy anything here they will steal your money and they will not respond to any enquiry. 1 star is too much for them

Ordered light on Tuesday and paid extra for the 1-2 day shipping method, 2 days is today and no parcel has arrived, there is also no contact number for this company and if you email them you get an automated response saying we will respond in three days!! Sorry but that is very poor service and I now can’t get my lights fitted

It appears the only delivery option to an Aberdeen city centre postcode is to pay the Highlands and Islands delivery premium. Aberdeen is neither the Islands or the Highlands so we’ll use a different supplier with a standard delivery charge, shame as the range of products is good.

Again I have waited in all afternoon to get my delivery, and again the Hermes prats have not turned up. It says on the tracking they 'had an issue with getting to the delivery address' I live on a main road with two boards outside. I would ask if they are employing monkeys but that would be an insult to monkeys. So far I have spent 8 hours waiting for these prats to deliver my lights and as a structural design engineer that equates to £800 of my time. Please refund the money I paid you for these lights. I will go to a supplier that can supply.

I would love to let you know the quality and what I thought of the items I purchased. However 11 days and my order hasn't even been dispatched I approached on live chat who said it would be dispatched on the 18th and it still hasn't been. Poor postage and customer service what more can I say

Order has been delayed and therefore had to cancel. Have received refund but spent 35 pounds on bulbs which have been delivered and no refund or communication about despite asking. The bulbs are no good without the lamp but no response from customer service.

Terrible, terrible customer service, avoid at all costs. Very quick to send the product out, not so hasty when a product needs returning. Have been waiting for over a week now for the lamp to be collected, as it is not what it looks like in the picture, but it’s proving to be quite a challenge. I’m now £115 down with a lamp I don’t even like! Don’t buy anything from this company unless you are 100% sure, otherwise you’ll have an impossible task on your hands. Can not contact by telephone, emails are not replied to, awful!!!!

Having such problems trying to ring online lighting, nightmare trying to return products , supposed to of had my parcel collected 3 times now by Hermes , online lighting have told me 3 times the days they will be collecting and it still has not been collected , horrible service and no customer support

Received faulty product a month ago and still cannot return it !!! .. Hassle free returns is simply a lie ... customer service is non-responsive ... would not recommend this company to my worst enemy .. mission statement is an absolute joke !!!

Ordered two outdoor lights. Lights good but one fitted with a two prong plug only. Asked for the attachment required and waited a month only to find when it turned up that it doesn't fit. Not great!

Lamps both have water inside them so that’s getting into the electrics and the glass is steamed up making them look unsightly. I’ve emailed you separately about this. They seem inappropriate for outdoor use? I think the glass needs to be sealed and isnt?

Ordered on 16th April still havent had anything yet. Contacted them on numerous occasions replied once promising faithfully they would be delivered at the end of the week that was 2 weeks ago, guess what still no lights gonna have to look at a full refund now as the lights was for an important job in a care home for key workers.
