Thank you for getting in touch. The tension needs to be adjusted on these lights to allow them to operate as intended. This easily done via the mechanism within the ceiling rose cup. The Customer Care Team

“Very impressed with speed of delivery. Although quoted as 3 -5 days I received lighting the next day. I made an error in the colour I requested but followwed up with an email to Customer Services to see if I could return one item and replace with another. I had a response from them the following day. Again impressive. I will use this Company again.”

“I ordered 2 outdoor lamps and the bulbs. There was a long delay with delivery as the bulbs were not in stock and there was no communication other than my emails chasing the order. When the product finally arrived I was pleased with the quality it was just the lack of customer care.”
