“I ordered 3 lights which were delivered in 2 boxes on separate days. Lot of packing wasted; could have been one box and one delivery. Boxes left with my neighbour who I did not want to inconvenience. Hermes did not return (3attempts)as states on their online site. Short notice given by text ; difficult to contact Hermes”

“I have to express my extreme disappointment with the service. The light was 6 weeks late. I was Informed of the delays and offered the opportunity on 2 occasions to cancel though. I have to say sorry online lighting won’t be using you again”

“the lights are very bright and work fine, on and off detecting at night, but when it rains they detect the rain so in the weather we are having at the moment at night they have been permanently on, not very happy :-(”

“Easy to order and good communication throughout processing. Only issue was they wanted a signature on delivery so missed first attempt and had to get my Son to sit in for 2hours for the second attempt.”
