“Love the lamp at a great price. One small part was missing so I can confirm the customer service is excellent too. Lovely lady, very sympathetic and I got the part 2 days later. Satisfied customer”

“The shades arrived promptly and are very nice but I was disappointed by the fittings which do not fit any of my conventional lamps either standard or table lamps. This was not made clear in the description and I have had to seek out extra fittings in order to try them and see how they look.”

“Lovely looking lamp, I have been looking for this style with a cream base everywhere so really pleased to find it. Quick delivery and well packaged the shade is more beige than cream as stated but still really happy.”

“I was most impressed with both service and the quality of the lights. I stupidly only ordered 3 lights on line, when I wanted 4 of the same lights. I e-mailed Customer Service, who called me back and added the extra light to the order, without charging a delivery fee, even though the original order had already been dispatched the next day. The lights arrived incredibly quickly, over the Christmas period and are good quality.”
