“Order has been delayed and therefore had to cancel. Have received refund but spent 35 pounds on bulbs which have been delivered and no refund or communication about despite asking. The bulbs are no good without the lamp but no response from customer service.”

“Terrible, terrible customer service, avoid at all costs. Very quick to send the product out, not so hasty when a product needs returning. Have been waiting for over a week now for the lamp to be collected, as it is not what it looks like in the picture, but it’s proving to be quite a challenge. I’m now £115 down with a lamp I don’t even like! Don’t buy anything from this company unless you are 100% sure, otherwise you’ll have an impossible task on your hands. Can not contact by telephone, emails are not replied to, awful!!!!”
