“Having such problems trying to ring online lighting, nightmare trying to return products , supposed to of had my parcel collected 3 times now by Hermes , online lighting have told me 3 times the days they will be collecting and it still has not been collected , horrible service and no customer support”

“Received faulty product a month ago and still cannot return it !!! .. Hassle free returns is simply a lie ... customer service is non-responsive ... would not recommend this company to my worst enemy .. mission statement is an absolute joke !!!”

“I ordered 2 lamps, and the delivery time was very slow, & then only 1 lamp was delivered. Then I waited another month for the 2nd one, & was promised lightbulbs would be included due to their error. No lightbulbs were sent. So a bit disappointed overall with the service, I would have given 2 stars if Covid wasn't happening, so I have given 3 instead as I don't know if the such long delivery was due to that or not. Good quality lamp though and are pleased with it.”

“Ordered three outdoor lights, one was slightly damaged, replacement was sent out the next day, fantastic customer service, responded to my email next day, lights are well made and stunning, I would highly recomend online lighting to anyone looking to buy lights, choice is imense quality is great, I will be purchasing more from them in the future for definate, 10/10 from me.”

“Ordered two outdoor lights. Lights good but one fitted with a two prong plug only. Asked for the attachment required and waited a month only to find when it turned up that it doesn't fit. Not great!”

“I was disappointed to find that my box of 6 only contained 5 and the clips were not attached and the plastic bags that should have held the bulbs had just been stuffed in the box. Not up to the standard of my previous 2 orders. I did send an email last week about this but haven’t heard back from you.”
