Quite a long wait, but when the guy arrived he was amazing. Got me back in the road again within 15 minutes and was happy about it too. No charge and car working, can’t get any better.

Easy on line portal .. despite not accepting my card on line once the agent called my mobile it was sorted out straight away no issue or drama, BA3 was the agent and they were professional and helpful ..

Paul was excellent and very helpful. 5 stars to him. 3 stars for trying to report the breakdown! But it was a nightmare to report the breakdown. Had to phone 3 times and was referred back to the online booking system. Extremely frustrating not to be able to talk to a person about the breakdown!!

First time I needed breakdown cover. It was easy to complete the online portal. I was receiving regular updates and the service was good.

Straightforward enough to organise a breakdown truck to collect car, staff were helpful. Unfortunately my handbrake could not be released therefore stopping it being put onto back of breakdown truck. Had to pay £180 extra to have car winched onto truck.

Once the rescue vehicle turned up, he put the jump leads on it started first time. Unfortunately it’s a hybrid so it’s not a matter of just trying to jump start it. The guy was there minutes.

Sterling effort by BP2 (recovery gentleman) despite being given not only the wrong postcode, but false information regarding my problem (braking/loss of fluid) and NOT starting problem. Unfortunately, he was unable to offer recovery to my local garage due to parking restrictions. Still, very helpful and friendly chap.

Very happy to be rescued and towed home. Driver was very helpful and friendly. The only slight negative was the wait, although we were informed about the ETA of the recovery vehicle.

First breakdown recovery wasn't great, i thought i would get roadside assistance like AA or RAC who i have had with other insurance. This has worked better for me in the past as these vans carry parts, whereas this company sends flatbed recovery. First instance the guy was so unhelpful, couldn't advise me of anything and repeatedly told me "i couldn't tell you that" Second instance a different company showed up, guy was super friendly and informative, got the car off to the garage without issue. The portal was easy and recovery time was quick. Overall it has been good, but just that first instance i was unhappy about.

I rang up to get help with recovery truck. Icould not get on my portal as no Internet.told the guy he said I had to go onto the portal.which I had already told him.so I rang again .i have never done this before so was stressed and worried.as I could not drive my car. I was 30 mins away from home. Then he pulled up my information. Why couldn't that have been done in the first phone call.as I sat for 15 mins trying to go on the portal and getting stressed and upset. I am not very good on these portals.as I have never done this. I know he's been trained to say about portal.but before I got to my destination I was in a country lane all on my own.cant drive my car. I was a worried woman. So it would be a suggestion on the first phone call to get a stressed situation sorted. So I was not happy with the portal and if I had known I would not have joined this break down cover. So I am disappointed customer

The process that I had to follow at the roadside was complex and stressful. First I called and spoke to someone then had to get a text and follow a link, try and failed to cal 101, change my settings to allow location, find the postcode of my destination then wait for a call back and only then did the search start for a recovery company. All the while I’m standing on the hard shoulder of the A1 on a busy Friday night. Not easy at all. The staff on the phone were good but the whole process far too complicated. If I had had children with me I would have been very stressed and unsafe.

The communication with One Call was clear and efficient. The recovery truck arrived about 3h after my breakdown. The driver, Ashley, was excellent, friendly and good company on the journey home. One point for improvement in the OneCall online instructions for breakdown in a dangerous location would be to add 'if you breakdown on a motorway, call 999' rather than 101. I called 101 as instructed and waited 1 hour for Traffic Officers to arrive to tow me to a safe position off the M1 to await the recovery vehicle. The Traffic Officers said I should have called 999.

I was a female on my own flat tyre on busy A road i was very stressed. Got through by telephone straight away, lovely gentleman calmed me down i fel reassured that my breakdown was being handled as priority. I had wait over an hour. I was transported to safe place where my spare tyre was put on. Both rescue assistants were friendly putting ne at ease and telling me what was happening at every stage. Was very happy with service i received.
