“From the first point of contact by telephone the response was excellent as he was thoughtful understanding and caring. The recovery vehicle response was quicker than expected, he was understanding and put us at ease. He was a credit to his trade. Well done One Call.”

“I found the phone agents very helpful but unfortunately the rescue vehicle did not turn up and I was not informed. A second vehicle was organised that arrived on time, the mechanic was excellent and very helpful it was just a shame the first vehicle did not turn up and did not communicate at all with me”

“Due to heavy demands for call outs, I had longer to wait for the recovery vehicle to arrive at my home. Understandable, I was safe. The staff were efficient, helpful and polite when I contacted them about the delay and BA3 was brilliant when he finally arrived. In very little time he got my car started and loaded and was on his way to deliver my car to the garage. Such a relief. Thanks to all.”

“Supposedly thought i had brake down cover.... then get told I need to spend £20 to recover my wife's car and the mechanic who turned stated ' i don't do repairs only recovery' and it took him 3 hours to get the car home even though i live 5 minutes around the corner !! Complete and utterly useless, extremely disappointed with onecall”

“So quick and simple to get in touch with One Call. Help was on its way almost immediately and arrived in 20 minutes. Although they couldn't resolve my issue they made a suggestion which, did work subsequently. Very happy with service.”

“I was amazed at the professionalism, the guy on the phone who I first dealt with was very polite and really helpful. The guy who came out to me was great he rang and said I'll be 15mins and he was. He sorted the problem out within no time. I highly recommend this company 5 stars ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
