“A LONG WAIT FOR 3HOURS BUT WHEN RESCUE ARRIVED AND STATED IT WAS A CLUTCH THAT HAD GONE HE TOWED IT BACK TO THE PLACE i WANTED VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL PERSON”

“I found it quite difficult in a stressful situation to actually book a breakdown. Firstly a roadside mechanic attended who was unable to repair the vehicle. He reported back to the recovery service of the situation. I then waited for an update of when the recovery vehicle would attend to get me home, checking the website, telephoning to no response. Finally managed to speak to onecall representative to be told that I should have rearranged a recovery truck because it was down classed as another breakdown. This whole process took approximately 7 hrs!!. The actual breakdown company was fantastic, professional & would rate them 100%. But I will certainly be looking into changing my insurance options.”

“It’s never a pleasant experience breaking down but the service we received was excellent from the recovery company at Hough Green. However making contact with One Call was difficult in what is an already stressful situation. The agent who took the call offered very little in terms of support and solutions which was a little disappointing but we were recovered within a few hours. Luckily we were safe in a car park and not a highway which would have been extremely stressful waiting for a few hours with a dog in the vehicle.”

“Welldone One Call Rescue I needed my car jumb-started and it was a very straightforward case of simply calling in, filling in a short and easy online form and the service was booked. The truck arrived with the allocated time and within seconds my car battery was up & running. Great hustle free service all round❗😊”

“They arrived after 15 minutes , after diverting from another job as they were on route ! What a great idea , well done. I was shicked to learn that the van the driver used has no air con, I am.an Environmental Health Officer, you must ensure you have taken all reasonable steps to keep workplace temperatures reasonable, perioetuc workers fall to HSE so I rm will refer this to HSE to investigate, the van temp was over 35 degrees, you also have general responsibilities for employees welfare while they are at work under health and safety at Work Act.”

“Very quick and helpful! So grateful after breaking down with my toddler in the car when it was 32°, One Call were so quick at getting back to me after I made the claim online! Manchetts recovery then arrived within 15 minutes of the phone call to one call! Absolute life savers!”
