“Really pleased with the service I received today after my exhaust came off my car and I couldn’t drive it. The communication was excellent and I only had to wait a couple of hours which was less time than I was expecting as I had informed them I was in a safe place and I was not alone. They kept me informed along the way as to when the recovery person would reach me. They managed to do a roadside repair which enabled me to get home and arrange for a more permanent repair to my car. An excellent service from everyone today. Thank you .”

“Brilliant service. Portal easy to use, even for an old lady. Regular updates about arrival of support. Mechanic arrived earlier than expected. Professional and friendly. Fixed the problem. Very happy even though initially I was worried about not talking to someone the on line portal was really efficient.”

“Fully informed of any delays Phone call from the rescue driver to make sure I was in the right location Super efficient and got my car on the ramp in minimal time Pleasant conversation to the garage Made sure I had everything I need from the car before I set off Offered to drive me home but I politely declined”

“i could not find my vehicle listed so i was unsure if i had a policy, as it turned out i was covered so a rescue was implemented, but as it turned out i managed to replace the punctured wheel with the spare, i then notified you i had fixed the problem and would not need any assistance, you then informed me this would be logged as a rescue and i would be charged for the next one!! not happy.”
