“The guy was fantastic that came out he got the car started and I was able to get home”

“Operator was professional, took my details swiftly and precisely. Showed concern for any other passengers in the car. Very helpful chap. Expected time was over an hour and a half I actually waited 20 mins if that. The tow truck guy was very good, helpful and an absolute pleasure to have been assisted with. Very knowledgeable chap and extremely happy and polite. Got home swiftly and made sure my vehicle was safe and secure throughout. Even though it's horrible having to see your car not working and it's was a stressful time. These two individuals made the experience pleasant. Thank you for your help guys. I really appreciated it.”

“Got to me 45mins earlier than originally advised which was fantastic, really friendly guy and got me to the garage as quickly possible. Using the online service was a bit of a faff but now I've used it, should I need to again I know what Im doing”

“This young gentleman was very polite, kind and very good at what he was doing, he was very aware not to block neighbours in, checked with them he was okay . He got on with the job happily, no complaining, cheerful, a credit to your company. It said his users name was BA3.”

“Following a panic once sorted on line I found the breakdown service very good bit of a wait but they changed my wheel very quickly and the bloke was very friendly and efficient.was kept updated eg times via text very happy with the service received.”

“It’s never a nice experience when you break down but I have done so twice in as many weeks and both times the person who as pick us up have been informative very joyful what can I say just very nice and very helpful and so lovely they both need more than 5 stars. Xx”

“He arrived earlier than expected. Friendly and approachable chap who went out of his way to accommodate my needs. He agreed to allow my pet dog in the cab and also was kind enough to drop me off near my home after leaving car at the garage. Excellent service. Thank you.”

“The mechanic arrived earlier that stated despite me being in a safe place with no dependents in the car so I waited a fairly short time. He was polite and efficient and managed to get my car started. He made me feel comfortable to drive home as he was confident the car would not fail again during the journey home. Whilst he could not confidently say what the issue was he suggested the starting motor so diagnostic booked at my garage.”
