“I was a female on my own flat tyre on busy A road i was very stressed. Got through by telephone straight away, lovely gentleman calmed me down i fel reassured that my breakdown was being handled as priority. I had wait over an hour. I was transported to safe place where my spare tyre was put on. Both rescue assistants were friendly putting ne at ease and telling me what was happening at every stage. Was very happy with service i received.”

“The services were promptly dealt with, and the rescue vehicle arrived within an hour. The driver and the rescue service were very capable and promptly loaded my car onto the vehicle and took it to the garage of my choice. The transfer of data on the computer system was different on the driver's device to what I had typed in. Not sure how this happened but it would be worth checking out for better service. Fortunately the phone number was correct, and we discussed the final destination and everything else went to plan. Thank you.”

“Very efficient service from One Call, they were great. Only gave 4 stars as it took 3 hours for the breakdown vehicle to arrive. As a woman alone in a difficult spot would have liked this a bit quicker.”

“Fast efficient but 4 stars as no box for driver instructions so poor bloke came in huge vehicle up a width restriction road which we could have told him not to do if there was an info box. Was just a flat tyre so a small van would have done. Thanks tho for great service”

“OB2 was very polite and clearly set out the process for receiving assistance - no problem here. The operator who came to my assistance was also very helpful and proficient. However, the methodology is, in my view, too complicated and required "computer skills" - I would have thought the most effective way to receive assistance would be by one phone call, as it used to be. The One Call system is too complex. Fortunately, I am reasonably au-fait online - there must be many who are not. The 'rescue time' took around an hour - luckily the breakdown firm was less than one mile from my home. David Harris”

“The man who recovered my car was most kind and helpful. I did have difficulty getting a text to get my call sorted. My IT skills are not good but with the kindness of other persons I got sorted.”

“The service was very good. Highfield Garage, the company who came out to me were pretty quick, very helpful and friendly. They weren't able to get me the battery I needed straight away, but got me home and came with a new battery the next day. My only complaint was lack of information. After I was sent a link to a website to register my need for assistance, I got no acknowledgement and has to ring back to check someone was coming and a timescale. Apart from that, excellent.”

“The guy who came was very pleasant and helpful and the tracker was very helpful The only gripe was getting in touch with One Call, I was directed to the portal which was not working, after I called One Call back and explained the situation it was sortef”
