“Initial contact very easy by phone and there was a very prompt response to my call. The mechanic was very helpful and knowledgeable - willing to talk to the garage I was planning to use if he couldn't solve the problem. This is the first time I have used One Call Rescue and I was very impressed.”

“CF9 dealt with my problem, a flat battery, car was outside my home so had to pay £20 to get it fixed. Mechanic was quick efficient and friendly very pleased to be back on the road again!”

“Wait time was good. Engineer stated My battery had a fault and was told would need a new one. I was offered to have a new one fitted at £75. Was sorted in minutes.”

“The £20 call out charge is a bit annoying as I could have probably sourced my own separate cover for similar money and not incurred the charge, overall the customer & service where excellent.”

“DN2 Contacted one call spoke to David who assisted with getting breakdown recovery to assist with my car and taking it to the garage of my choice. David went the extra mile today and was polite throughout the conversation. He was knowledgeable and got the correct information if asked.”

“Female 20 alone, broken down on hard shoulder of 3 lane carriageway. Very helpful on phone. Waited 2plus hours to be ‘rescued’ by which time it was dark. Great service by mechanic, car brought home on back of truck 75 miles away.”

“Very helpful and reassuring person on the phone when I rang. I was worried as I am in my 70s and know nothing about cars but Jack was very calming and talked me through the recovery options. Waited two hours for recovery vehicle but we had been warned of this.”
