“The call staff were very helpful and informative and the rescue driver delivered my car to the nearest garage for a puncture repair and he was also very helpful. This is the first time I have claimed on the breakdown part of my insurance and I was very reassured that it is worth having.”

“Arrived a lot quicker than I expected. The Mechanic was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and offered tips/advice. Very passionate about his work and had a can do attitude that got my vehicle started. Would definitely recommend.”

“Easy to book rescue for flat tyre. Booked for 2 hours later which wasn’t idea but car was safe and on a positive note the rescue guy could come earlier than first planned. Happy with service, was surprised by the extra fee for tyre change.”

“My 2nd call into One Call was very successful and the lady could not be more helpful. The breakdown lorry came within 1 1/2 hrs and was very efficient.”

“Although the breakdown recovery was pretty straightforward, and the chap who recovered my car was friendly and helpful. The actual organising the recovery was not a simple process, took over 40 minutes because internet kept cutting out and trying to phone and speak to someone was not easy. Although when I did finally speak to someone they were helpful and friendly”

“I was very happy with the way the person was over the phone and how quickly the help arrived and also how quickly the it was told what the problem was. I was not Happy when I was told i had to pay £90 for them to take the car to the garage as I have gold cover with yous. But everything else was good”

“Had to wait 2.5 hrs for the rescue but guy was helpful and efficient. The form sent by text message is a bit annoying and it would help if that form is completed by the same person taking the call and arranging the rescue truck. That would be a great achievement.”

“Customer service was great, it was so nice to be able to speak to someone. So helpful too, unfortunately there was delay with the recovery guy getting to me so had to call and chase up, but didn't wait too long on the phone to get through. Recovery turned up after calling me to let me know how long he was going to be. Very helpful and off my car went for repair. Overall excellent service, thank you”

“After breaking down on my own & not being able to proceed with link text sent to my phone I rang again & was helped considerably & had a lovely recovery chap turn up sooner than expected”

“Polite and helpful call handler. However I couldn't log into my account from the text message! Called again and explained the problem, and luckily it was handled for me. The recovery driver arrived within the eta. It is easier to do it all via phone, especially when stuck on the hard shoulder, so not impressed with being expected to log in etc., hence 4* not 5.”

“I’m happy with both the people who answered the phone. I was very stressed and they were calm and helpful. The last time my car broke down, the pick up man was very good and took me to a garage that I was happy with, not just the nearest one Thank you 🙏 😊👍”
