“Driver turned up quickly (if anything before the ETA) and was able to solve the problem by removing the under tray which is been unable to do. Very efficient and friendly”

“Re Car Breakdown. The various members of staff I have spoken to re my car problem, have all been very helpful. I only have recovery insurance. Yesterday when the engine problem occurred One Call arranged the pick up to my home. Today, as I type this message, my car is now on it's way to the garage I use for my annual service.(unfortunately I was not able to get the second pick up as part of my recovery insurance). The only problem I have had is finding the correct telephone number to arrange the pick up. (obviously I manged it in the end.”

“The first time I called the lady gave instructions which never went through after 1 hour phoned again but this time the lady was very good explained everything precious and clear sent for the recovery for myself.”

“Bit of a pain having to complete the form in the portal, would rather have spoken to someone. But the recovery service arrived slightly quicker than stated and the 2 men that recovered my vehicle were excellent, great service from them. Highly recommend Arnold transport.”

“Really happy with App and the response I got to registering a call for breakdown assistance. However there does need to be an ability to declare that assistance is no longer required if the problem clears itself as it did in my case.”

“The customer service team are helpful when you ring them. The only concern is when you get the text link to fill in the online form it's a bit confusing when you're not computer literate. The auto phone location didn't give the right location, gave the road over the motorway instead of the motorway.”

“I don’t want to make a huge fuss here ! As at the end of the day they recovered my broken down vehicle and that is their job, I am a stonemason and fencer and do my job well, But I do not expect huge adoration for doing it ! As it is my job, however they turned up, recovered my vehicle and took myself and vehicle home ( after a hour and a half) the recovery guy was pleasant enough and he did his job as was expected, so all in all, I got what I paid for ( breakdown recovery) with no issues.”

“Great to get a link to see where recovery truck was. Gave real piece of mind. Beeches recovery were excellent. Sebastian came out first to review the vehicle. Very knowledgable and clam. Vehicle couldn’t be fixed but we were at at running camp with my daughter so was keen to stay the day so she could complete it. One call would not “pre book” a recovery truck, but Sebastian asked his control room and they sorted it out with one call - that’s customer service Mick came right on time, quick and friendly. Got us home safe and well”

“Sam from Edam recovery was very good and calming because I was quite stressed! He got my vehicle home with no problems only thing was it took an hour longer for him to get to me than I was told so 3 hours in total to wait but it was at peak traffic time so thank you Sam!”
