“I filled my breakdown claim on the portal this morning (Monday!) and within the hour the breakdown company arrived and had the car running again ..dead battery ..can’t complain at the service ..must admit I didn’t find the phone the easy way to go, the form on the portal is far easier ..also was informed all the way by text of who was coming out and when to expect them! Am more than happy with the service and when I originally phoned on Saturday evening got good advice from a young man called Oliver. Luckily I didn’t need to be taken to a garage, so that also made life easier for now. Thank you for your help!”

“I was initially surprised that we had no AA or equivalent cover and it was only a recovery service, but your chap was extremely helpful and took over everything for me. The problem turned out to be just a battery needed topping up and it could have been done really easily on the side of the road on the day but I am very pleased with your employee who really did all he could to help me. Thank you.”

“Really excellent service from start to finish. The whole process was quick, efficient and straightforward, and everyone I dealt with was helpful and professional. The recovery driver who came out to assist me was friendly, reassuring and a real pleasure to deal with. He kept me informed and got everything sorted without any fuss.
