“The mechanic arrived earlier that stated despite me being in a safe place with no dependents in the car so I waited a fairly short time. He was polite and efficient and managed to get my car started. He made me feel comfortable to drive home as he was confident the car would not fail again during the journey home. Whilst he could not confidently say what the issue was he suggested the starting motor so diagnostic booked at my garage.”

“Straightforward enough to organise a breakdown truck to collect car, staff were helpful. Unfortunately my handbrake could not be released therefore stopping it being put onto back of breakdown truck. Had to pay £180 extra to have car winched onto truck.”

“I didn't like that when I'm calling about break down on a busy road you are demanding money first, why don't you add that £20 on my premium once you have rescued me. Then rescue driver took me to the garage from the garage I had to find my on way home. All of them my house and the garage was less than 4 miles in total but the driver said he only take me to the garage that's it. He said he can't drop me home. Uber cost me £9.00”

“It was a Saturday.Phone call answered immediately by a helpful young lady. the rescue vehicle was with me within an hour.My dogs stayed in my vehicle.No problem as that is where they are used to being.Good journey home and good conversation with the driver.All round excellent service.”

“What a Joy! To find someone that can do the job so well. The pick up Trailer was with me within 15 minutes and took my car and myself to the Tyre Centre to replace to fix my puncture. The young man was extremely conscientious and willing to help. BA3 did his job thoroughly.”

“Once the rescue vehicle turned up, he put the jump leads on it started first time. Unfortunately it’s a hybrid so it’s not a matter of just trying to jump start it. The guy was there minutes.”
