“Having broken down with a burst tyre on the M1 we were feeling very anxious about what to do. On calling One Call, we received an automated message suggesting we arrange a call out online. Feeling anxious I just wanted the reassurance from a human being so I held on the line and got through to friendly voice who origanised everything for us nd gave us. Timeline of one hour. The recovery driver rang on the hour to say he would be another 20 mins which was no problem. A very friendly mechanic turned up and soon got us on our way. All in all a very professional service from One Call which is why we continue to purchase our insurance from them”

“It was a long wait, reported the breakdown at 12.35, we where at the Neville having lunch, the driver came at 14.30, he was lovely apologised said he wasn't told until 13.45, so it wasn't his fault give him 5 stars.”

“Brilliant service from the very beginning of my call for help. Friendly call handlers (BA3) & the breakdown company (Reubens, Chesterfield) arrived before their estimated time and fixed the problem quickly. Would recommend One Call & their gold service breakdown insurance. Thank you.”

“BA3 came out very quickly at rush hour. My car had my dogs and children in it and we had broken down just round a bend. Service was friendly, efficient and swift so would recommend and use again.”

“Poor service, lack of compassion/ understanding/disability criteria! Personal experience was awful, with no help in the understanding of situation, when I broke down. Robotic customer service that lacked any compassion/ disability and understanding of the given situation at the time. I would like to file this as a complaint and would appreciate a response please.”

“No one likes having to deal with a breakdown, so when it happens you just need it sorting, within an hour my car had been picked up and taken to my chosen garage for repair,thank you”

“Exceptional. Tow arrived within 20 minutes (eta said 2 hours!), took us to the garage to drop car off. Could have been stressful as on a school run and child with me, but no issue and lovely guy. Thanks!”
