“I couldn’t start my car so had to arrange breakdown recovery. I requested a flatbed, and One Call Rescue arrived within an hour. The car was delivered safely to my chosen address, and I was kept informed throughout the entire process. The service was professional, friendly and extremely helpful from start to finish. A genuinely seamless experience - highly recommended”

“Broke down on the driveway on a Monday morning, reported the breakdown through my insurance portal. One call rang me within 2 minutes to arrange collecting my van, and it was picked up within the hour. Faultless service.”

“I broke down on a very busy dual carriageway during rush hour, and managed to park in a layby. When i phoned One Call, the guy was very patient i explained i had no log in details for my membership, but he talked me thru what to do. The recovery truck came within the hour and took me and my van home. I managed to get a mobile mechanic in my village who repaired my van, so all good. I also have this cover on my car ,this is the 1st time i have ever called them, but i was well impressed.”
