“Came earlier than expected. Gave excellent advice – got me home and was understanding about the fact that I was sad that my car had just died. A really lovely man who I felt safe with and managed to get my van manoeuvered onto the pick up truck and parked exactly where it normally gets parked back at home – which was tricky. Thank you – on a bad day, you made things easier.”

“JJ1 was efficient and helpful and explained every process. He got things out of the car that I needed and explained I could stay at home or go with the vehicle. He put me right at ease and we were joking along on the way to the garage. He helped me to get in the cab as I am very short.”

“Good service, I rang OneProtect to report a breakdown and a link was sent to my phone to confirm details of the breakdown so I could have just reported on the portal but good to know there's a human on the end of the phone. Breakdown lorry arrived within an hour and half, thankfully I was able to get into work but I wouldn't want to be on the side of the road for that time. What I wasn't expecting was a £20 charge for them to order the breakdown lorry so I will be checking the policy. Overall it was a success, my car was taken to the garage of my choice. Nice friendly man from the breakdown company, put my mind at rest.”

“Professional service right from the very start of my call. From reporting my brake down and a short time till the lorry came to rescue my family. The Recovery driver was fantastic and very helpful. Made us all very welcome at our time of need and brought us straight home and dropped off the car. My son found this exiting and was thrilled to be in a lorry. Now just need to get the car repaired”

“I have been a customer of one call for many years now and their customer service is amazing. They provide an excellent service with no hassle at all. My car had a flat tyre today and i phoned onecall as i am not great with modern technology. After giving a few details to the call service handler OB2 all I had to do was click on a link from an SMS sent to me and give them precise location and let them know if i was safe and who was in the car. Within 35 minutes the recovery were with me and luckily enough i always make sure i have a serviceable spare wheel / tyre. OB2 was very helpful and friendly, as was the lovely recovery gentleman who changed my wheel. Thank you very much to both of you.”

“Unfortunately I do not remember the man’s name but he grew up near Sutton United and was a ball boy so hoping he gets to see this review and realise he was exemplary in all ways possible. Quick to recover me, safety was paramount and the journey to my destination easy and safe too. Took care in removing my van at the garage to a spot that made the garages life easy as unfortunately the van at that point wouldn’t start. Too man also and very interesting so the journey felt quicker with good conversation. I hope you know who I mean so you can praise his diligence and friendliness towards your customers.”
