“I would like to say a huge thank you Garef ( Not sure if I got the name right, as I was very stressed) From the moment he arrived, he was very friendly, reassuring, and highly professional. I was very stressed , but he quickly put me at ease with his calm and positive attitude. He was very patient, he took my car to the first garage, the garage are unable to fix my car, he took it again to another garage, Nothing seemed too much trouble for him. I am extremely grateful for the help and support he provided. He turned what could have been a very difficult day into a much more manageable one. Thank you so very much for your kindness, I really appreciate, and I hope you enjoy your days off 😊 .”

“Poor service provision. Staff membet who Came out to review supoortive byt completly let down by one call. Phoned a seperate recovery who fixed the issue roadside , checked it over and had us back on our journey”

“Very good service all round. The man we spoke to on the phone was really helpful and got us the help we needed as I couldn’t get the support using the app. The breakdown lorry was nearly an hour earlier than we expected which was an added bonus.”

“Paul was excellent and very helpful. 5 stars to him. 3 stars for trying to report the breakdown! But it was a nightmare to report the breakdown. Had to phone 3 times and was referred back to the online booking system. Extremely frustrating not to be able to talk to a person about the breakdown!!”
