“It was a Saturday.Phone call answered immediately by a helpful young lady. the rescue vehicle was with me within an hour.My dogs stayed in my vehicle.No problem as that is where they are used to being.Good journey home and good conversation with the driver.All round excellent service.”

“What a Joy! To find someone that can do the job so well. The pick up Trailer was with me within 15 minutes and took my car and myself to the Tyre Centre to replace to fix my puncture. The young man was extremely conscientious and willing to help. BA3 did his job thoroughly.”

“Good help from BA3, got us recovered home over a hundred miles from the M4 in six and a half hours in total via a relay of two companies. Pretty impressed. Reasonable price. Thank you!”

“Once the rescue vehicle turned up, he put the jump leads on it started first time. Unfortunately it’s a hybrid so it’s not a matter of just trying to jump start it. The guy was there minutes.”

“Sterling effort by BP2 (recovery gentleman) despite being given not only the wrong postcode, but false information regarding my problem (braking/loss of fluid) and NOT starting problem. Unfortunately, he was unable to offer recovery to my local garage due to parking restrictions. Still, very helpful and friendly chap.”

“The service I received today was Extremely Excellent BP2 the Gentleman turned earlier than expected when he came he was very good checking my car battery also he gave me good advice on what to buy I have had my battery changed for a brand new one now hope it will be ok also Connor and Nathan were very good on the customer service side thank you all for getting me up and running again.”

“First breakdown recovery wasn't great, i thought i would get roadside assistance like AA or RAC who i have had with other insurance. This has worked better for me in the past as these vans carry parts, whereas this company sends flatbed recovery. First instance the guy was so unhelpful, couldn't advise me of anything and repeatedly told me "i couldn't tell you that" Second instance a different company showed up, guy was super friendly and informative, got the car off to the garage without issue. The portal was easy and recovery time was quick. Overall it has been good, but just that first instance i was unhappy about.”

“Fast and easy process. The the mechanic was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He was unbelievably patient after he got me started and I then opened the boot and the engine stopped but just laughed and got me going again quickly”
