“Broke down on the driveway on a Monday morning, reported the breakdown through my insurance portal. One call rang me within 2 minutes to arrange collecting my van, and it was picked up within the hour. Faultless service.”

“My car had to be picked up from home and taken to a garage. The recovery lorry was with me in less than an hour. I've never had a bad experience with Rivermead Recovery which is the company One Call sent. They are always on time and very helpful.”

“I broke down on a very busy dual carriageway during rush hour, and managed to park in a layby. When i phoned One Call, the guy was very patient i explained i had no log in details for my membership, but he talked me thru what to do. The recovery truck came within the hour and took me and my van home. I managed to get a mobile mechanic in my village who repaired my van, so all good. I also have this cover on my car ,this is the 1st time i have ever called them, but i was well impressed.”

“Diabolical lack of service, after being told my vehicle would be attended to between 1-2hours , wasted a whole afternoon sat in it waiting for the recovery company who didn’t even look at the problem, but just relocated the vehicle. I payed the extra to have technical roadside maintenance/recovery. I phoned the breakdown in at 1.17 and the vehicle eventually got dropped off at a garage closed for the day at 5.30. I will not be using you next year.”

“I filled my breakdown claim on the portal this morning (Monday!) and within the hour the breakdown company arrived and had the car running again ..dead battery ..can’t complain at the service ..must admit I didn’t find the phone the easy way to go, the form on the portal is far easier ..also was informed all the way by text of who was coming out and when to expect them! Am more than happy with the service and when I originally phoned on Saturday evening got good advice from a young man called Oliver. Luckily I didn’t need to be taken to a garage, so that also made life easier for now. Thank you for your help!”
