“Had to transfer vehicle to garage as clutch problem. Got car working then followed me to garage and made sure got home. Gentleman was very helpful and friendly.”

“Quite a long wait, but when the guy arrived he was amazing. Got me back in the road again within 15 minutes and was happy about it too. No charge and car working, can’t get any better.”

“I was charged £59 To be taken home! I find this unacceptable as I'd payed extra on my yearly insurance premium to cover breakdown and there is nowhere within my policy that describes this! I feel ripped off! I won't use this service again! I will seek a better breakdown cover and certainly won't renew!”

“The service was straight forward and a blessing as my brother i had just left was waiting for an ambulance , but i had not realised the waiting time was going to be longer than i thought .I was greatfull to BA3 for his corespondenc and straight forward alertness”

“I would like to say a huge thank you Garef ( Not sure if I got the name right, as I was very stressed) From the moment he arrived, he was very friendly, reassuring, and highly professional. I was very stressed , but he quickly put me at ease with his calm and positive attitude. He was very patient, he took my car to the first garage, the garage are unable to fix my car, he took it again to another garage, Nothing seemed too much trouble for him. I am extremely grateful for the help and support he provided. He turned what could have been a very difficult day into a much more manageable one. Thank you so very much for your kindness, I really appreciate, and I hope you enjoy your days off 😊 .”

“Poor service provision. Staff membet who Came out to review supoortive byt completly let down by one call. Phoned a seperate recovery who fixed the issue roadside , checked it over and had us back on our journey”
