“It was easy it took about an hour to get to me and te mechanic fixed the problem imediatly but he then checked the complete system to make sure everything was ok. Very pleased. It was very profesional.”

“The breakdown garage was with me within 30 minutes. Looked at my car and although the fault appeared to have reset he followed me to the garage to make sure I was okay. Excellent service I have been very impressed. The app worked well and the garage knew exactly where I was.”

“Amazing service technician was there in half an hour lovely man and between ourselves we managed to work out where the positives and negatives were on the car. I only got the car the day before so was pretty stressed out but we've got there in the end.”

“Firstly I want to mention the gentleman who actually came to change my tire. I can't recall his name (it was Saturday, May 9th around 11:15 am in W9). He was friendly, personable, respectful, very efficient, knew what he was doing, advised me what to do with the damaged tire, etc. He made the entire process stress-free. Before the mechanic arrived, my dealings with the phone service at One Call was equally stress-free. The gentleman I spoke to at your Help-Line assured me I was covered for the service, was courteous and knowledgeable, took me through the stages of what to expect, provided me with a time-line that proved very accurate. I feel very fortunate to have this service attached to my care insurance.”

“A lovely young man came this morning to start my car which had a flat battery. He came all the way from Walton on Thames he rang to say he was on the way and arrived when he said he would got my car going and left. Very happy with the service”
