“Not so much with the recovery service, first company didn't come after an hour after time stated but I was at home so fine, second company came very quickly wasn't fixing car taking to garage and I was told many times when questioned that the cost of repair would be covered under insurance not sure who he was speaking to on phone to get this information but when I spoke with one call I'm told no I have to pay even when day before when I took out extra policy was told things like this were covered”

“Wasn’t a rescue at all. Sent a guy that didn’t know much about bikes, couldn’t fix the issue. Then said I’m not booked in for him to take my bike home, left after about 10 mins. Waste of time and money”

“Four stars only because the phone call system took ages and for me wasn't very clear. Got a text with the time estimate, and although I didn't receive one to say the recovery was on its way, he was bang on time, and that's more important! Had come from Crewkerne to Bridport.”

“JJ1 Really great guy, chilled out and reassuring. Polite and friendly, unlike some rescue staff that clearly just want to get the job done as quickly as possible without concern for the customer’s feelings. I was quite nervous being alone in an area that I didn’t know anyone, and JJ1 was excellent. Also clearly knew a lot about motorbikes. In fact, I’d have never believed it before but the RAC were clueless and disgraceful when I used them on my ‘premium’ membership. One Call is extremely reasonable with the pricing (it’s only my first year however) and provided great breakdown recovery.”

“The agent was very helpful until the call dropped, he called back, call dropped again. I called back, got a different agent. He apologised stating they were having system issues. I waited just under an hour for rescue to arrive, can’t complain.”

“The rescue driver turned up within an hour. We took the vehicle to a garage. And he then took me back to a roundabout where he turned left and I turned right. His sign is JJ1”
