“Once I initially got through response was quick and simple. The initial subcontractor they were going to use was going to take four hours so I rang they cancelled that job and I had somebody with me within 30 minutes.”

“Well initially I wasn't happy ! Found it frustrating to have to report a breakdown on the portal rather than speak to an agent. That said, despite the frustrations of the process, GN3 was patient and respectful. She tried to advise and offer objective self help”

“One call rescue provided me the most excellent first class service the rescue guy arrived when one call text to give me a time the one call guy on the phone made sure I felt safe as I was in the middle of the Peak District at night when the rescue guy arrived he explained one call use local people and make sure your collected within two hours , the guy took me home to Liverpool honestly this is the best insurance company in the world I would recommend you be a gold customer it’s so worth and I could get signal and get through straight away to one call I can’t thank them enough my agent was JJ1 Thank you again”

“Excellent and understanding customer service. I highly recommend One Call Rescue. Having been with a well known car insurance company for decades, they out priced their services. I understand how daunting it is changing car insurance providers, especially for one I wasn't familiar with. But I checked the reviews and so glad I chose One Call Rescue. I'm not computer and Internet literate, the call handler understood this and made me feel at ease and the call out response was within the minimum time stated. Excellent company, thank you💜 The call handler deserves a bonus. 👍”

“My battery failed, so I called up to start with. This was a waste of time as they basically directed you to the online booking form. The first recovery came in 2 hours which was a longer than I would expect in Sheffield. He diagnosed that it was a fault with the alternator but he was being called away to more urgent job (apparently there was a bad crash nearby) but said they would send somebody else shortly. I had to call up again to make new booking for recovery. One of the most annoying things was that One Call somehow made out that it needed to be a separate booking for recovery anyway, which is nonsense as the first vehicle could have taken us. The second vehicle came in around an hour this time. It took a long time to get onto the truck as the electric handbrake had locked, so we only just got it to the garage before it closed almost 6 hours after the initial call. The problem was not with the 2no separate local recovery companies but One Call themselves.”
