Order didn’t arrive, they won’t refund me
My order didn’t arrive. When I contacted them they told me it was tracking as delivered and left in my bin last week. They refused to refund me as they said it’s my responsibility to check my bins for parcels. I didn’t even know it had been despatched as no emails from them. They were so rude to me . Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced.
