“Very happy with this product. I thought I was going to have to throw away my daughter’s water bottle when straw fell apart after less than a year. But replaced it with this new straw and it’s working again. Doesn’t seem to matter that it’s a slightly different design.”

“Love the colour (mangrove) & general aesthetics of the bottle, feels well constructed too. My only gripe, easily rectified, is that the drinking straw is too long, so needed to be shortened by half a centimetre. Other than, love it.”

“Waste of money, do not buy! The baby bottle leaks, and they still haven’t refunded my money. They requested video proof, rather than just allowing me to return it! Even with said “proof” no refund has been given. Avoid!”

Hi Hannah, So sorry to hear this. We need to see a video of the item leaking to be able to help assist with the issue, also as this is our T&C's. We can then deal with the issue. If the item has been returned for a refund, and we have not yet received it, then we wouldn't refund till we get the item back. “Thrilled with the 2 bottles I bought. My daughter is loving the infuser in her bottle so she can have healthy drinks at school that taste nicer than the water she hates. My coffee stayed hot in my cup for 4 hours. It could have lasted longer but I drank it!”

“Love this product. I don’t like cold water so always add a little boiling water and these bottles just keep it to the right temperature for me. They are easy to drink from and always have mine beside me in the car”

“I bought 2 lunch bags for my sister as part of her birthday present. How stuff is made and where it comes from is super important to her, so I googled and found One Green Bottle. “Bought a replacement straw for a 500ml bottle but the straw is short by 10-20mm so can’t get all the liquid. So it does work so could be better.”

“The colours on the Epic bottles have gotten really ugly.. not sure who approved that. My original thunderstorm Epic bottle is three years old and still going, I've just replaced the glug cap for it.. so I'm sad to see that colour being phased out. The delivery on my glug cap was a lot, lot longer than it used to be and not having the ability to add the glug cap on when ordering specific Epic bottles now is disappointing. Customer service also no longer responds like it used to. Can only assume this company changed hands because the ethos has definitely shifted. Would I purchase again? Yes, though the changes you're making aren't great. I have one 500ml, 1litre and a 2litre bottle that are all still going strong. I would recommend them still. Also, my live chat wasn't responded to.”
