Hello Emma, I'm so sorry to hear you didn't receive the service expected from us. I can see you placed your order at 4.05pm which is, unfortunately, past the cut off time of our last collection. With regards to your gate being faulty, that is something I can help with, if you would like to send an email to info@oliversbabycare.co.uk with some pictures and a brief description of the issue I can have a look into that for you. “Seriously disappointed. Purchased a safety gate for my puppy. As much as the delivery was quicker than expected the gate broke within the first day of using it! The door screws do not stay in and are a massive hazard to my puppy and toddler as they keep falling on the floor as they do not fit the gate properly. Not impressed what so ever. Would not recommend!”
