“Unfortunately after fitting our pressure baby gate which I purchased recently online I have discovered it is defective and no matter what I do the bottom lock does not work as there is a gap between the lock and the latch once fitted so physically will not lock.”

“My order was dispatched in 2 boxes. They didn’t arrive at the same time. When I have asked customer service, nobody replied to me. Luckily the seconds box turned up but lack of communication is disappointing and sadly cannot recommend this store”

“Ordered before the time stated for next day delivery which was showing as the Monday but didn’t arrive until the Tuesday. Not only that but only half my order came then I had to ring to ask where my other part of the order was to be told it wasn’t in stock and I had to wait 3 months. No communication or emails stated this and even the lady that I spoke to was baffled!”
