“extremely poor. ordered baby gates which were faulty, as you can simply push them open. i was then told i'd have to pay for the return of my order ( 4 baby gates) and i wouldn't be refunded for this as i wanted to return unopened baby gates (after 2 faulty ones i didn't want to install anymore). Overall i'm £100 down as i won't pay another £50 to get these returned as the refund is also at their discretion. The lady on the phone also suggested that to fix my problem i could use the extenders but these were also out of stock, the website didn't state this when ordering but i was emailed and refunded promptly. Overall i would not recommend this company and urge people to read their returns and refunds policy.”

“Very good service, especially as I ordered on bank holiday. Was dispatched immediately. Was concerned about delivery by DPD as we have had problems with them recently, they were one day late with delivery, but at least it came to our address. Car seat ordered all good.”

“Our first visit to the shop was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip worthwhile. Even when there were other customers coming in they gave us excellent one to one advice and went through every single question that we had (of which there were a lot!!) No pushy sales staff, but genuine honest advice given even recommending one of the products that wasn’t massively expensive. We came out of the shop with what we wanted and needed and will definitely go back again!! Thank you so very much!”
