“Your company leaves it up to the customer to sort out all logistics for a return which, in this day and age, is farcical. I will never purchase from you again and will warn people against it too. Any half decent retailer has a collection service for returns. Absolute joke.”

“Ordering was fine, Speed of delivery very good, but a little disappointed with fixings supplied with the product, the allen keys supplied didn't fit screws well enough to tighten them fully, otherwise very happy with the product. Perhaps spend another 50p on a key that fits?”

“I ordered a baby gate 5th April needed latest 9th April ~ delivery 1to3 days. Unfortunately still haven't received by courier its not even on its way apparently still being processed. I had my granddaughter the weekend & needed this desperately.”
