“The retractable stair gate is great can't fault!But the main issue is that I paid for next day delivery and received 5 days later which was normal delivery time!!I have received an email from my enquiry saying you received order to late for next day delivery, which I understand but please don't take money for express delivery if you can't do!!!!”

The order was placed 25th August at 18.39pm, past our 3.45pm cut off for Next Working Day deliver; as stated on our website. Your order was therefore dispatched on Friday 26th August. Due to the Bank Holiday, your order was delivered on Tuesday 30th August, the Next Working Day, therefore the delivery service chosen was carried out. “Baby isn't due until November so we haven't used or set up the pushchair yet. When we went to the store we were super impressed with the range of products available. On top of that, the store assistant was amazing. Really friendly, helpful and informative. Not pushy and was happy ro anser any questions we had. This is put first child so the information shared was really useful and helped us to make decisions on what product to buy. We will definitely be returning. 5 stars from us!”
