“Not a great experience. The listing for the stair gate did not make it very clear that the gate is not suitable for use at the top of stairs, which is where we wanted to place it. Organising a return included sending an email and paying for postage which I didn’t feel I should have to do. I won’t be using Olivers again.”

“Perfect! 10/10 for customer service. One of the items ordered had a damaged box on arrival here. Emailed over the weekend but spoke to Rachel first thing this morning, sent pics as requested and between Rachel and Louisa a replacement was organised by mid afternoon. Exemplary customer service.
