“Perfect! 10/10 for customer service. One of the items ordered had a damaged box on arrival here. Emailed over the weekend but spoke to Rachel first thing this morning, sent pics as requested and between Rachel and Louisa a replacement was organised by mid afternoon. Exemplary customer service. Delighted to recommend. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”

“Outstanding service and customer service by Olivers baby care. Would definitely recommend to others and would definitely order from them again. After having bad luck with another retailer with a pram and waiting 8 weeks I ordered the same one from Olivers and received within 3 days. One very happy customer here.”
